Notes on vinification:

A beautiful champagne that is very versatile and can accompany any occasion for celebration, apéro's or throughout the dinner. A champagne that because of its grape-variety has a beautiful flavor sensation when drinking. If you want to explore champagnes that are different from what you have tasted before give this a try.

To the eye: The deep straw yellow reflections testify to the maturity of the wine and the methods of Eric TAILLET's vinification. It provides a delicate and brilliant light in the glass. The small bubbles are very active, dynamic on the surface and burst delicately in the glass.

On the nose: A lively first impression that opens onto yellow and ripe fruits such as lightly stewed and caramelized apricot. A creamy note reminiscent of vanilla cream, pastries with a quick white floral touch.

On the palate: Blond tobacco, delicate touch of vanilla, creamy notes, sensation of velvet, lemon candied, a very light touch of mint that offers freshness. Smooth and elegant, powerful and round.

The Exclisiv'T is a very special champagne. This is the only 100% meunier champagne from Eric Taillet.
