Notes on wine and vinification:
La Svolta means, the turning point, which reminds the winemakers every day of their life’s choice: leaving the cement of the city to pursue the beauty of nature. The energy which they poured their dream is perceived in this Barbera wine, born from ancient vines aged in oak barrels and clay amphora.
The wine undergoes a spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and are subsequently are aged in old wooden barrels before they are bottled.
